- Remote Plus: $129/month
- Priority Plus: $229/month
Standard Support Option
Our Tier 2 team is always available to support your technology needs on an on-demand basis during regular business hours. i
- Tier 2 Support is available during regular business hours
- TIer 2 On-site service is $255 for the first hour and $170 every hour thereafter.
- Hourly rates are subject to change without prior notice.

System Management Tool and Remote App
- We will install and configure a system management device allowing for remote repair of many common issues
- You’ll get a mobile app enabling you to fix many of the common issues that technology systems experience
Reactive Remote Repair
- Upon hearing from you, your system will be accessed remotely and oftentimes repaired without a Tier 2 service call
Cloud Managed Network Services
- Your network is professionally managed and hosted on our cloud controller providing daily backups of your configuration, access for remote support and timely security updates

- $210 first hour on-site - $140/hr additional (Save $30/hr)
- Tier 2 Remote billed in 15-minute increments
- All Tier 2 Support is available during regular business hours
